Another long week has passed!

Well, it's been a reasonably busy week with lots of peple wanting things either at the last minute or when it is possibly not the best time! But that is just work!

I haven't done much really, but met a nice young man last weekend, who I don't think will possibly be relationship material, but I would like to think could be a friend. We'll see!

Anyway, must go and see what else is happening around here!! :)

Where has the week gone?

Well, not a great deal done apart from cleaning around the place this week.

Still having a look at some places to move too.

Had a Strata Meeting this week. My friends father passed away this week so a bit of a sad time for him.

My mothers birthday today so that was a lovely lunch in the park near Brighton and fish and chips.

Going to do some gardening this week around the place. So hopefully might get some things done and also clean more up around here!

Holidays are here again!

Well, I am offically now on two weeks holiday! Gee that's a relief!

It has been about six months since I last had holidays.

So what am I gonna do???

Gardening my front yard! Yay!
Clean my back yard!
Clean my room and completely change it around. Sleep, eat, go out and probably do some more walking, perhaps during the day. If it is realy hot, then maybe even go to my sisters for a swim in her pool!

It has been a while!

Well, it has been a while since I last blogged!! Oh my, what have I been doing?

Well, I have been quite busy with work, lots of deadlines and messy queries. Learning alot about Access Databases and converting databases. I am not sure whether this is what I originally signed up for as the ExcelCare Consultant! Hmm, but it adds to me understanding of it all I guess!

So apart from lots of work and not much play, I've been walking about 3-4 nights a week with a friend to get fit. I'm not sure if I have lost weight, but I know I have definately gotten a little fitter!

Well, Have a bit of work to do today! So better get on with it!! :)

It's been a while!

Well, it has been a while since I last blogged! However, I must confess that it hasn't been a priority really. Very busy with work and all sorts of things. I even went flower browsing on Monday night!

Well, work has been immensly busy and lots of "data requests"! I think I am starting to get much better at Microsoft Access now!

Tessa Paige has been good and Campbell is always good!

Walking 4-5 nights a week with A and it's showing, as I seem to losing weight. Not sure about A but it will happen. Of course, that's if he can be actually on time ever! :) ha ha!

Although my folks think it's dangerous to walk at 8pm, I am not sure, well, I have A to protect me! I'm pretty sure they would catch him first! he he! Ooops! How rude!

Hmm, Wednesday HumpDay!

Well, it's still Wednesday and I haven't actually done much. Just been working and busy at that! I will be taking Thursday and Friday off as toil and then back to work on Monday. I'm still around therefore haven't yet been taken away and shot! Gee lucky! Ha ha !

What is the world coming to?

I have just watch the news and the tragic death of a innocent man in London. The story revolves around a completely innocent Brazilian man who was an electrician in london going about his normal working day. The was followed from his home supposedly as it was under surveillance by the "police"! They say he acted unusually and that made them suspicious. They subdued him and thinking he was a suicide bomber (supposedly someone must have seen a bomb to think that! Yeah Right!) and shot him in the head FIVE times!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well how interesting! AGAIN, the government with absolutely no proof that this person was a terrorist other than someones "neighbour over heard someones friend who heard from their psychic who heard in the local urinal" that this was a suspicious house and a man to be cautious of. They never saw a bomb, but instantly suspected that there was one! Just like the police have big guns in lieu of their small penises! Therefore as we all would do, if we suspect the man had a bomb, and we already had him subdued, why would you search him?? It makes much more sense to just shoot them five times in the head!

The end of a weekend again!

Well, that was a quick weekend! Gee where did it all go? Last night went out for tea with J & J and have AYCE Asian. Quite nice as always although Lesbian Wendy didn't say hello. Oh well, at least the power went out before we paid. That reminds me, must pay back J!

Cold, Wet and Shivering!

Well, it has been a while since I last blogged! Recently I guess there has been a lot of things happening in the world such as the London Bombings (I have my own theories) and me being sick and having to take 3 days off work! Well, it all started a week or so ago when the weather changed and I just got a bit of sinusitis! Well, it got more than that and became a cold and then a little chesty. I'm on the mend now, so that is all good. Well, went to a nice family dinner at The Manse in Tynte St, North Adelaide on Friday night. It was a fantastic dinner. Had Pork Belly ad Morten Bay Bug for Entree, Duck for Main and a lovely Chocolate Pudding for Dessert.

Went to the Greedy Goose last Tuesday and that was very nice also although, for some reason they forgot to bring out the Entree first and instead brought out the main! Anyway, we had entree after the main and then a lovely dessert! All very tasty along with a lovely bottle of red and then for a coffee after (not at Greedy Goose).

Well, it is Saturday and just doing a little washing and not really a lot much. My sister is coming to do some invitations to my Godsons Birthday in August. My brother and his wife are due to have their baby in two weeks time. It's all happening! Woo Hoo!

The spa is lovely and warm and my mums house....

Just keeping an eye on my Stewie playing Geelong and that's all!

Well, it has been a while!

Well it has been a while since I had sent any form of Blogg through. I have been really busy with work and the "server migration" lots of work still to do and lots of data to trawl through. I just don't know where to start. Been just relaxing at home and not doing a great deal. Catching up with friends on the weekends and doing my modules has taken soo much time! I don't know where I find it all!

Not much really happening here, unfortunately I wish it was!

Well, bought a new phone with a camera! Yes now I can snap shots all over the place! No nothing rude! Yet!

I'll post them here soon if I actually do any! ha ha!

I'm Back!

Well, I am finally back! After a brief but memorable time in Melbourne (4 Days) I am finally back. Well actually got back on Sunday at 5:20pm. I had a great time, thanks for asking and bought a few tops and boxers and odds and sods. Didn't buy any jeans but wanted too although they didn't have my size nor colour I wanted.

Visited a friend Mark in Melbourne but only stayed there one night. Went and saw Mr & Mrs Smith. Quite a good movie. Well, haven't done much other than that just washing and relaxing. Another week of holidays and then back to work next Tuesday.

Yes I know I know!

Yes I have been very slack at keeping up with all this Blogging! I have been just soooo busy ! ha ha ha!

Well, I am in the second week of my holidays and been entertaining people and all sorts. Off to Melbourne on Wednesday, yes and driving, so it should be very nice. Taking a work colleague with me and we are staying the first night together (nothing in that it's all innocent!) and then she is off to Shepparton. Whilst I stay by myself and I really have not plans, but will buy some clothes etc.... Catchin up with a friend on Saturday and hopefully staying at his place on Saturday and maybe Sunday and come back to Adelaide either Sunday or Monday. I am not really sure about that yet! Well, gonna have a good sleep as have workmen over doing welding and stuff like that tomorrow so better do some washing etc for wednesday and pack etc...

Holidays!

Well I really feel terrible that I have not blogged in such a long time! I am very naughty and I am sure I need to be spanked but only if they are young and hot! Hmm

Anyway, I have been very busy with work and all sorts. Work has been busy and I have been trying to finalise the Server Testing of the application that I maintain. I am handing over next week to someone who is going to be doing my job for 3 weeks whilst I am on Holidays! And did I mention I am going on Holidays at the end of the week for 3 weeks?????? Yippeeee!

Been busy trying to fix my parents computer and had a few problems with that although did upgrade their PC from a AMD Duron 700 to a AMD Semperon (Athlon) 2400+ (~ 1.5ghz) with a nice Abit Motherboard and a new Hard drive. Had a few problems with Windows XP but hopefully this has been fixed. I still need to put Service Pack 2 on though but I have SP1 and it works fine. I will do it soon.

Well, just really plodding along and not doing a great deal. I hope to paint a feature wall in my place on my holidays so not sure when I will do it!

Currently playing Half Life 2 and boy is it wicked! David at work and I have been playing and he has just finished and I am very close to the end now! Just a little more and then that will be it!!! Well better get my washing in and then I am going out!

Another week, well it's short anyway!

Well, it's the beginning of another week! It's a short week thanks to ANZAC day. Lest We Forget!

The beginning of the same era in the Catholic Church! We have a new Pope who is just as conservative as Pope John Paul II. Well I am sure Ratzinger wasn't conservative when he was in the Hitler Youth! But back to the dark ages again! Well he is 78 so not long now and we'll have another pope! Unfortunately I missed out again!

Busy at work, lots of testing of the Nursing Information System on the new server! Busy with co-ordinating our Nursing and Midwifery Clinical Standards and in the process of writing up the Procedure and details. Also "volunteered" myself to create a working Database system to monitor the Standards! Silly Me!

Well, booked my Holidays but had to delay them by 1 week unfortunately due to Orientation in May. So going to be going on Holidays 29th May - 18th June.

Anyway, that's enough for now!

Well the folks are away, and the son will play!

Well the folks are away over in the land of the Long White Cloud. Whilst they are away, I will be tooing and frooing back and forth between my place and my folks. Probably sleeping more at their house and just coming to mine after work. Someone has to feed the dog and bird!

Well, not much news here! Just been busy working, cleaning, playing around but not that sort of playing around.

Just catching up with a bit of sleep over the weekend. It was all good!

Anyway, better have some dinner!

The end is Nigh! Yay!

Well, the end is near for the end of the week. Only worked 4 days so it was all a bit of a let down this week!

Been busy with work and had to reinstall all my PC on Monday. Having conflicts with my devices and software. I think my DVD Writer buggered up so that was annoying. I have bitten the bullet and purchased a new one. I think the "Pick-up Lens" was not working properly. It's is much cheaper to buy a new DVD Writer than get it repaired.

So purchased a LG DVD Writer Double Layer Writer. Haven't put it in yet but will!

Well, that's the story of my life. Meeting a friend tomorrow night so will see how it goes!

The weekend is here!

Well this is the first week that I worked for the whole week! It's been a long week with lots of bits and pieces to do. Yesterday had a the Software Vendor of the Program I administer come onsite and was working on our New Server which needs to be configured. It took all day and they still hadn't finished the work even when I left at 4:30pm. Mind you I am not sure whether she was really that good anyway but when you are charged $150 per hour you better expect a highly technical worker!!

Well today doing some washing then going to folks for lunch and friends later.

Caught up with an old acquantaince last night and and had a good chat. She is a friend of Austins and lives at Mansfield Park. She has a 4 year old son who I hadn't seen for years when he was a baby really. He's pretty cute and active and loves playing.

Anyway not much else really.

Now I have always said that Fur should be out and Love In! Especially where those hot guys are concerned!!

At last the end of the week. Got to sleep in which was nice and then I got up! Doing some washing today and have to drop some Chicken Marinade to my Mums today for tonight. Well, not really a busy day, I do have some work to do for work but that can wait until when I get to it!!! Anyway not much else to say other than going to a friends tomorrow to help him get a new Hard Drive and External Case! Told him it is childs play! Well it is really! :)

So far this week it has been reasonably busy. A few meetings here and there and then some! Just been trying to get my reports done and a few started, not really too much happening other than that! Hungry always! I'm just indecisive!

Well only one day left and have Friday off, although will be working Fulltime from next week but really am this week, but managed to have a TOIL day Friday!

Ooops! I did It again!

Well I have just realised it has been some time since I have last Blogged! Dear Me! I am very naughty and need to be spanked! Well, It's been a busy week this week with lots of exciting things to do! A couple of meetings and yesterday when I left work I forgot to send out an Agenda for a meeting on Monday! Bugger! Oh well it can go out on Monday first thing as it will be fine! The Meeting isn't until 12:30pm.

I'm gonna try and put a picture up and see what happens!! It is of my Godson Campbell!

Never want to see Dialup Again!

Well, I have finally got Broadband! Yay! It's great and I never want to see Dial Up again! I took the plunge and got the 512/256! It's really fast and I can run EMule and everything else all at the same time! I know I have been debating this issue for sometime and I thought it was time! Just gotta aim high to be the download queen! ha ha ha!

Been a busy week at work this week with lots of things going on and major changes at work.

I haven't done anything much other than work and sleeping at night! Well what else is there to do really! Although I have been getting nagged and nagged to do my Blogg so here it is! I've got the painter coming to repair my wall behind the fridge today and that'll take a few hours! Anyway I am not sure what else to write now so hopefully with Broadband I might actually do some more writing of my Blogg, but we'll see!

Nice 3 days off now! Yay!

I'm sooo old!

Oh my God! I feel like I have really been neglecting my Blogg! I really need to take it seriously! Well, it's been a while since I last blogged and I've actually been really busy. Working and playing! But mainly working! It's been busy with work lately with lots of tech stuff going on!

I had a Birthday and God I feel old! ha ha ha! 30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, I am sure it is all downhill from here!

I have put in for Broadband and hopefully will have it all up and running on next Wednesday! I can't wait!! Much better than Dial Up and as one of the guys at work who also recently got Broadband, he just said it is soo much better and he never wants to see dial up again! Well, that's good encouragement!

I must add some pictures and hopefully when I get my Broadband up and running, I am planning on getting a homepage all sorted out! At least they give you a decent amount of space 30mb!

Well, off to bed with me and sweet dreams, I have the painter coming over tomorrow morning at 830am!

Not long Now!

Well, it's the end of another week! Phew, just another busy week full of fun and frivolities at work and not much afterwards!!! ha ha!

I have had lots of lovey meetings this week and even a bit of "storm in a tea cup" events! Well, we can't all be as fabulous as myself so I have to just take pity for those poor souls! Busy weekend so far, going out tonight to a birthday dinner for work colleagues and then tomorrow evening another bbq dinner with more work colleagues! Sunday, not sure yet! Although my Dad is coming over tomorrow to install some spotlights in the hallway and kitchen so that will be great and look fabulous!

Speaking of birthdays! Oh such dread and sorrow! I'm going to be 30! I can't take it anymore! Maybe better test the daisies before I turn old!!!

Well, I better have a shower and go out! I'm still wanting to have a lovely dinner next Saturday night with some close friends and that will be nice!

Day After Australia Day

Well, it is Thursday and a new day! Had a lovely day yesterday with my Godsons Baptism. Very nice indeed, and then had lots to eat when we all got back to my Sisters! Well, I certainly felt it last night, too much crap to eat! Did manage to have a couple of lovely swims in the pool though!!

Today just another day at work! Finally finished a report that I was trying to finish last week. Got another report to do now! Oh my it never ends! Frustrating Information Tech people today! They are just annoying and never seem to want to take the ownership of the systems! I didn't bow down and let them do the technical specs.

Not sure what to do tonight, might pop out and smell the daisies, but of course, have a day off tomorrow. Gonna go to the Doc's and then probably visit my mum. Going out for tea on Friday night and then catching up with FF on Sat and Sunday working a late shift on the ward and then back to work on Monday!

Anyway, have fun!

A long week again!

Well, it's Wednesday evening and so far it has been a long week for me! Early starts (starting work at 730am) and then finishing around 4:30-5pm. Working at the Department of Health this week with other Consultants and the Project Board looking at submissions for a Clinical Nursing Information System. It's a long slogg! But unfortunately because I have signed a Confidentiality Agreement, I can't tell you anything about it! But it is very interesting, and lots of work and talking about the submissions. Quite high level work!!

Well, other than that I have just been coming home and going to bed early, went to bed at 930pm last night!

Will write more later in the week!

The end of a week!

Well, it is the end of a very busy week at work now and although I have today off, it feels like I really needed it! I've been working with other Systems Consultants and the Dept of Health in reviewing the submissions for a new Clinical Information System for Nurses. Very intense, all very secretive as we all had to sign a confidentiality contract and we can't talk about it outside of those who are doing the work!

I have been starting early and finishing late from work. Next week will be working all week from 830am - 5pm with the Dept of Health and Project Board to work out which submissions we will look at further! It's certainly a good experience to be doing this.

Soo much work and soo little time!

Well, today had some work done to my place by the Development Company and then tonight gonna pop over to a work colleagues place at 6pm to check out his computer setup and get some files that will be useful to copy movies to DVD.

Possibly catch up with another friend after this if all goes well!

Long time Coming!

Well, yes it has been a long time coming and I have finally done it and updated my Blogg! It's been a tragic Christmas and New Year for those who have been caught up in the Asia Tsunami. My thoughts are with those and my support to the Red Cross who have been asking for donations and helping out thos poor people. But like all disasters there have been stories of hope and survival!

Well, Christmas was a lovely time her for me with family lunch and dinners! I worked between the Christmas and New Year period in the office and with no one else! So sad and all I got was this lousy Sinus Infection!

Well, better go, just found out the Common power has been shut off by AGL probably as the power hasn't been paid!! Gotta ring the strata!
